They're the only repair shop I will use. The customer service is excellent and they're very down-to-earth. They treat me like family. The mom is awesome. I'm very impressed with the service. They do whatever is needed to accommodate the customer. The first time I used them, I needed a ride home and the mom took me home and picked me up. They're all very friendly and very professional. They also automatically send me literature and reminders about upcoming service and discounts. After the first time I used their services, they sent me a letter of appreciation thanking me for using them. Now, how many companies do that? Also, they actually sent me somewhere else to get a battery because they said that I could get one with the same quality that theirs had for less money elsewhere, even though it meant losing some business.
