There was absolutely zero pressure to spend for more work. Instead issues were put on a computerized check list for my next visit. I cannot recommend them more highly.
What a great experience! Matt was amazing, we had a mysterious knocking sound and he and his team were relentless in their search to figure out the cause. I was kept in the loop about the process and given very informed options about the repairs. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could!
