Tom is the best! He answered all of my questions through multiple phone conversations and made me feel lmportant. My car was fixed in a timely manner and I was kept informed of the progress without having to call. They called ME! Tom assured me that they would use genuine Volkswagon parts and he showed me the broken part when I came in to get my car. They're clearly a business that is run with integrity and work to make the customer feel valued. There is a reason they get 5 star reviews on Yelp.

These guys are just awesome, they knock down my break wrapping issue. And solved it perfectly. And yes they charge me more but they did a good job. I would have given 5 start but because of high charge I'm giving 4.5
