These guys are just awesome, they knock down my break wrapping issue. And solved it perfectly. And yes they charge me more but they did a good job. I would have given 5 start but because of high charge I'm giving 4.5

These guys are amazing. They treat you as a close friend and ALWAYS stand behind their work. I got the tires delivered through tirerack.com to these guys and after they installed...just wow!!! What a difference in our GX470 ride before and after. For comparison, when we got new tires installed last time it wasn't even close to the ride refinement. They do a perfect job. There's a reason I said they ALWAYS stand behind their work...We got our Lexus serviced through the dealership when they rotated the tires. We felt a little wobble after Lexus service that dealership won't fix saying the folks who installed should take a look. We went back to Matt and he accommodated us at a very short notice on 12/31 (was their half day) with overflowing line of customers. He personally took care of the issue and root caused it to the wheel (moving the wheel took the issue away)....and did I tell you that his mom personally drives you to where you need to go????? Boy, these guys are the best and they're making sure they stay this way by setting the bar so very high -- kudos to Matt and his team!!
The service is always thorough and done in a timely manner. They are very good about calling to let me know what is happening and when I can expect my car to be ready. They are friendly and always accommodating.
