Here is the story. I purchased a 2011 BMW 328i on craigslist which I think has no serious problem. Before I brought my Car here I, I checked a BMW shop to give me a quote and service list that my car needs. Then I get a quote form Matt (the owner, who is a gentleman BTW). He inspected the car and found it needs several services (Which were more than BMW shop service list) with less cost. The other reasons I will definitely bring back my car are: 1) The staff explain all the problems in a way that I understand since I am not familiar with technical terms. 2) My Car has Radiator leak and I need an urgent service which I got. 3) The replaced parts used for my car were all original 4) The staff are super friendly. I read Matt's articles in the Los Altos Town Crier. I really don't understand what he says but my husband does. He says Matt is quite smart and a hard worker. I somehow have confidence in his workmanship even though I don't know him very well. So glad he wrote for the paper!!
