Took my urban 4x4 with 140K in for a routine oil change. Always good to know that Matt and his team are watching out for anything unusual, as I do sometimes end up deep in the woods and I don't want to get stuck w/ something breaking. On my prior visit, they discovered the radiator was leaking so I'm glad they caught that. On this particular visit, nothing else showed up wrong other than a dirty air filter. And they were very up front about my front brakes being ok for now and til the next oil change, but not much after that, so at least I know if I go on a long road trip, I may need to get the brakes replaced. Thanks guys for keeping my vehicle going and watching out for issues!!

Just my second experience with Sunnyvale Foreign Car Service and once again proved to be a five star operation. Knowledgeable, professional, and a willingness to listen and serve the customer seem to be the hallmarks that make this shop what I rate as a top drawer repair shop.

Very fast service on our car. We were able to get it in for service when we wanted to. Very friendly and helpful both at drop off and pick up. Our car was done so quickly we could hardly believe it!!

Five star service from start to finish. I made an appointment Thursday afternoon and dropped my high mileage BMW off Friday morning for some much needed TLC. By lunchtime Matt called with a full rundown of things in need of attention, grouping them into high priority versus those I should keep an eye on. We agreed on a bundle of items to fix, and by 4:30pm they called to let me know my car was finished. Honesty, attention to detail, and great customer service are hallmarks of a good business, and these guys showed all of the above. From the handshake greeting to the detailed explanation of every item on the maintenance list, they helped me make an educated decision and helped keep my commuter car on the road. I'll definitely be back when it comes time to cross another item off the maintenance checklist.

I recently had a wonderful experience with Matt and the team at Sunnyvale Foreign Car Service. I took an older model BMW that I knew would need a lot of work. Since I am on a budget I was concerned about what they might find. They looked the car over thoroughly and as expected found a lot of things that needed attention. Matt carefully explained each issue in detail and helped me triage the things that needed to be addressed now and those that could wait. I was able to know with confidence what needed to be addressed, but was able to map out a plan that fit my budget and timing. It was a great experience...and really gave me peace of mind.
