Matt and crew are very informative about what needs to be done and what can wait for a while. They never push to do extra things. They also helped me out on the spur of the moment when I needed my headlight replaced before I was going out of town in my car. I really appreciated getting in and out in less than10 minutes. They are always cheerful and upbeat no matter how busy they are at the time.

I brought my aging Honda Odyssey in because its ABS light comes on intermittently. Tom and Matt explained what the likely problems are, and how much it would cost to fix them. But they noted that the car is safe to drive even if I don't fix the ABS system, and cautioned me that the cost of the fixes might not be a wise investment in such an old car. I appreciate that Tom and Matt have given me information, but no pressure, in making this decision!
