When I called for service, they took my Subaru in the same day and checked everything for me. They also let me know what was needed and the cost. I feel I can completely trust them to keep my older Subaru running safely.

I've trusted these guys with my 2000 Subie Outback for more than a decade, ever since they diagnosed and fixed a problem that stumped other mechanics. In the meantime, they've saved me money...not only by keeping the car running well as it approaches 300k, but by doing things like repairing the central differential in a clever way that didn't involve dropping the transmission, which is the standard approach and WAY more labor intensive. Totally honest, incredibly competent, and nice guys to boot.

Low oil pressure light came on my Mini Cooper, and so I called the closest service shop near work. Matthew told me to bring my car in and he took care of it! Great customer service, and they seem very professional.

Lots of rust because I bought the car in the east and drove for 5 years. Excellent work to make sure I get the correct parts.

A friend recommended Sunnyvale Foreign Car Service a while back. But, out of being stuck in the habit of going somewhere we were familiar with, we kept taking it all the way down to the dealership we purchased our car from. But, the service there seems to have changed and we finally made the decision to take it here. I am so glad I did. Matt explained EVERYTHING to me, which the dealership almost never did. They were really professional and respectful. I really appreciated the time they took on all the calls they made to me when things came up or had to change. There were no surprises, nothing on the bill that they hand waved over. I also loved how clean their shop was. Maybe that's not important for fixing a car, but it can't hurt? We are certainly bringing our car back here for future servicing.
