When my passenger window wouldn't roll up, I called to see how expensive it would be to fix it. The person who answered the phone was patient in explaining the possible costs. He also told me about a couple of ways to try to get the window to roll. I tried one and it worked! That will enable me to keep this car longer.

We had an unrepairable flat tire just outside the Tire Rack 2 year road hazard warranty, and ended up ordering a new pair. They were shipped directly to Sunnyvale Foreign Car, made an appointment, had the tires installed. Very easy and painless, always great service. If you can take the free Mountain View gray route shuttle, its less than a 10 minute walk from the Dana/Whisman stop. Super convenient.
