I was very nervous when I called about a failure of my Mazda because the model had been discontinued for nearly a decade. But it had low milages so I wasn't willing to let go. Bob explained their process and promised to guide my decisions, even though there was a chance that the car could be beyond repair. Luckily, it wasn't a mechanical failure, and Mat managed to source an exact part that Mazda no longer make.
