Matt and Tom provided excellent service in fixing a cylinder misfire problem on my BMW e39. The misfire was diagnosed quickly and replacing spark plugs and ignition coils solved the problem. However another misfire presented itself, which turned out to be just a loose connection on one of the fuel injectors. Two problems fixed promptly and no issues afterwards. Great job!

They shuttled me back and forth from an Internet café while I waited for the repair, the work was good, and Matt shared some good advice on how to prevent similar problems in the future.
