I have been going to Sunnyvale Foreign Car Service Foreign Car Services for oil change since I got my car two years ago. I have been so impressed with their customer service that I come here time after time.Their office is small and they have a few chairs for customers who want to wait until they get their car serviced. A plethora of books and magazines are arranged on the table to help customers kill their time. Almost all the time I have been here, they have had cookies or chocolates on the table. It has given me the impression that they want to make their customers feel home.Once I wanted to drop off my car during lunch and return to office soon. A lady over there offered to give me a ride to my office. While in the car, I enquired about her and was taken aback by her answer. Apparently, she is the owner of the service center and she explained about how and when they started this business, etc. She also told me that she is very sensitive about keeping her customers happy. And, for sure she is doing a great job at it. I praised her multiple times about their fantastic customer service and that I have been coming here for the past couple of years.They have consistently put their best foot forward and I highly recommend this place!

Hard to find a reliable car service that won't charge you a arm and a leg. Will be going here for my future services if I can't fix my car myself!

I've been taking my car to SFCS for many years now and the service is always the best. I am on my second Subaru and finding a qualified shop is difficult in the SouthBay. Matt always takes the time to go over the work planned in advance. He keeps in touch so you know what's going on. Don't forget Natalie - she's always there with a big smile. I won't take my Subaru anywhere else!
