I had my car looked at by them last July for the alternator problem. Matthew and Tom both were very attentive and friendly. Matthew gave me a ride home when my car had to stay at the shop and picked me up when the service was done. Months later, Matthew called me to check how my car was doing. At that time, I had a concern about the engine starting with hesitation a couple of times. The timing was perfect. I had them look into my car again in case there is a problem. Matthew tested it and gave me a report about my car's condition with all these electronic and technical codes and stuff. I didn't know what they were. But it felt good that he cared enough to explain things to me in detail and also coached me about what to pay attention to in case the engine does not start smoothly in the future. It was a fun mini lesson. I am also amazed by how Matthew remembers everyone's first name. He must be super smart. (You know, remembering the names of a bunch of people is impossible for me.) I reeeally do not like writing a review about service or answering a survey. But here I am writing this long review. This alone proves that I am very impressed by their service. ;-)

Trustworthy mechanics that explain what is needed.

I and my family have been using SFCS for many years. They do great work, are very dependable and extremely honest. They give clear explanations of what they found, what they did or have to do and why. I own a business in the service industry and they run their business like I run mine. It's like having your favorite brother or cousin work on your car.
