first time experience - very helpful and informational. Hoping this will end up being a longer term car relationship. Looks promising.

I was again pleased with the work that SFCS did on my car. They are SO much more professional than the folks at my previous repair shop.

We have taken our cars to Matthew for over ten years. He has serviced two Audis, a VW, and a Subaru. This week's experience was typical. I called Wednesday afternoon, he scheduled my Jetta for Thursday morning. I received a call by 10:00 am with recommendations. When I asked to defer two items, there was no hard-sell or pushback. I am car-savvy, so the staff take the time to walk me through details. For others, they can be as brief as needed.

I take all my cars here and have for years. You won't find a better service.

The staff are knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. They got my car in and out quickly, and it's a joy and a relief to work with them.
