I don't dread getting my car fixed since I started coming here. I feel I am dealt with honestly and they listen to my concerns and check out every one no matter how small. Being given a ride to my office by Natalie is one of the perks they provide.

As always, the service here was excellent. Everything is always clearly explained, and completed promptly. I'd recommend this place to everyone.

Matt and crew provided the solution to a most annoying warning signal that the dealer was unable to resolve. We now have a service place that I will trust taking the Lexus to.Great too is they are located very close to the Stevens Creek Trail.Professional, friendly (Matt has some great stories about Astronaut Jim Lovell), and knowledgeable.

Absolutely fantastic customer service and the best auto repair shop I've been to by far. Matt and his team are great, they're extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I was very impressed with how well they communicated what needed to be fixed and I know my car will be in good hands when I bring it in next.

Great service. Clear discussion and explanations. No unnecessary repairs - I was called for approval on diagnosis findings before repair work was done. A friendly ride to the Caltrain station. Red Vines licorice.

Very Helpful Customer Service ..5 stars is not enough to rate this shop.. i took my Mini Cooper S for repair...expensive cost but its worth it... better than Dealer...

This place is fantastic! No one wants car issues, but it does happen. The great thing about Sunnyvale Foreign Car Service is that when you need help, they help. I don't have to worry about anything when I go there. They are super friendly and informative. They have saved me time and money. I am so over going to the dealership to get car service done. This place is wonderful!
