Very professional, knowledgeable, confident. They explained everything to me very thoroughly and the best thing, the car was done very same day, although I brought it to the shop after 2pm. Reasonable price too. Not cheaper than market averadge, maybe little more expensive than market average, but the service is much better than market average, so it was worth it. I am very satisfied with their work done on my car. My parents are long term customers as well.

Routine oil change. All good. Always feel better when they give my car a once over and let me know items like how much I have left on my breaks. Be sure to grab a cup of the nice Kurich coffee while you're dropping off your car :)

Absolutely incredible experience. Matt and his team are extremely knowledgeable. He and the tech brought me in and showed me exactly what was wrong with my car. They gave me multiple options on what to do. I've never had customer service like this. I blamed myself for breaking my car, but he pointed out that it wasn't my fault, that the previous maintenance done on it by another shop was to blame. I highly recommend this Sunnyvale Foreign Car Service. The prices are well within reason, and you wont find customer service like this anywhere. Thanks guys!
