Perfect service and incredibly nice team. They serviced my Audi with great care and attention and I plan on bringing my BMW in given the experience and expertise.

Fair, honest, and transparent. It would have been better if the problem was identified sooner. To be fair, it was a hard problem (wire short), though.

Great service experience with all the crew at SVCR, Especially appreciated the time Matt took to explain all the issues and options to get my daughter's car ready for an epic 4000 mile road trip.

What I really like is the approach that not everything needs to be fixed and they can explain why you need to do certain things now and what can wait. And they keep a record of exactly what the situation is with your car, so that when it is time to get something corrected there is an exact record.

As always, the work on my car was done professionally and efficiently. It's always a pleasure dealing with a business that cares about it's work and customers so well.

Excellent service! My son needed emergency service for our vehicle he was driving in the Bay Area, having just moved there from the Pacific Northwest. We needed to find a reputable repair service but had no experience in the area. The AAA driver referred us to Sunnyvale and they were wonderful. Matthew Patarky took good care of my son while constantly communicating with us as to the nature of and status of our repair. He also helped with a claim to Subaru America that led to a refund of part of the cost of the repair. We could not be happier and would definitely take our car there for service again. Great place, reasonably priced, responsible service. You won't be disappointed.
