Generally very good service, the guy explained every detail to me very patiently. My car performed quite well after the service. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that the price is way too high than I expected. I bought my 2015 Smart Car for $7000 one year ago, the service cost me more than $1000, although there were lots of issues to be solved. I still think it's too much.

Great trustworthy service.

Took my car in for a service I thought would fix my high mileage car problem. Instead of performing the service, they called and said they could not guarantee the pricy service would fix the problem, and then left the decision to go forward up to me. I appreciate that consideration.
