Work is always explained and shown if needed, questions answered, and work order changes discussed. Repair quality is excellent. In ten years there was only once when the team could not solve a tricky intermittent battery leak issue. Hope I will not challenge them again like that, but will be servicing my car there gladly in the years to come. And kudos for being a green business !
