Corrected issues from a previous service by another shop that caused a failure requiring a tow. They did this promptly and kept me well informed including the root cause, how to properly correct. I also had them do some extra precautionary work that was not noticed by the other shop. Will certainly come back for future service needs.

I just made my first visit to Sunnyvale Foreign Car Service and could not have been treated better. After a 55 Point inspection, time was taken by Mathew to go over every item needing attention and explaining how and why the attention was suggested. A ride home was offered by Matthew and after the work was completed, a ride offer was made to me for returning to the shop. I very sure I will keep getting my Volks serviced at Sunnyvale Foreign Car Service.
