Bob, Tom, and Derek are a full-service team that doesn't disappoint. I take my Nissan Leaf to them for any services other than those that can only be performed at the dealership. Their work is first rate, their prices reasonable, and their customer service ethic extraordinary. They respect customers like me who aren't mechanically inclined, and explain the issues clearly. They secure your approval every step of the way, to make sure there are no surprises. Their work ethic drives them to excellence, so occasionally I have to ask them to speak more slowly, which they most often do :) They even drive me to downtown Mountain View and back, so I can be productive while they work. I look forward to returning to Sunnyvale Foreign Car Service whenever my car needs expert service, and recommend them wholeheartedly.
