They updated my car's programs to omit a certain feature and it works wonderfully.

Stellar experience! Work was quick, with updates at every step. The whole process seemed thoughtfully designed. The shop is absolutely spotless. Got a really thorough explanation of the troubles our car was having, which were quite tricky to diagnose. Got advice on how to proceed without feeling pushed. Came away feeling like our aging car is in good shape for more use! I also like that the shop has had consistent ownership for decades.
