I'm a first-time customer here. I appreciated their answering all my questions in advance over the phone and in person. They explained how my car's headlight is tricky to access. After chatting, I had a very clear idea of all the options available to me. I brought my car in at 9 am, and it was ready to go by 10:30 am. Sunnyvale Foreign Car replaced it at 1/3 of the cost of the dealership's quote. I will definitely be back in the future. In addition, the staff were all very polite.
